Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges for individual bookings 

If cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed.

If cancelled within 0-72 hours prior to Check In date, one night retention will be charged.

 

Applicable on Blackout dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December, Long weekends, National Holidays) 

20% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 30 days from the Check In date.

25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 15 days from the Check In date.

50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 7 days from the Check In date.

If cancelled within 0-72 hours prior to Check In date, NO REFUND will be processed.

 

Cancellation Charges for Group bookings, Conference and Marriage Function 

A group booking is defined as 11 rooms and above.

A Conference or Marriage Function is defined as 50 or above pax.

25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 30 days from the Check In date.

30% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 15 days from the Check In date.

50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 7 days from the Check In date.

20% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled before 30 days of the Check In date. 

If cancelled within 0-72 hours prior to Check In date, NO REFUND will be processed.

Note:

Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy above.

There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.

Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against BHIM, Paytm, credit/debit card bookings and usually take 22 working days. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund if applicable as per the company policy.

* Please carry your swimming costumes, goggles, swimming cap if you want to avail the Pool Services. You can also rent swimming costumes from the reception.
* 50% advance payment at the time of booking and remaining 50% on arrival.
* Check-in time is 1400 Hours and check-out is 1100 Hours.
* Early check-in / late check-out shall be permitted subject to availability of rooms and on paying the day charges.
