Applicable on Blackout dates (24th, 25th, 30th &amp; 31st of December,  Long weekends, National Holidays)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 30 days from the Check In date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 15 days from the Check In date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 7 days from the Check In date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If cancelled within 0-72 hours prior to Check In date, <strong>NO REFUND<\/strong> will be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Cancellation Charges for Group bookings, Conference and Marriage Function<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A group booking is defined as 11 rooms and above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Conference or Marriage Function is defined as 50 or above pax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 30 days from the Check In date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 15 days from the Check In date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 7 days from the Check In date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled before 30 days of the Check In date.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If cancelled within 0-72 hours prior to Check In date, <strong>NO REFUND<\/strong> will be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy above.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit\/Debit card.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Credit\/debit card online refunds will only be made against BHIM, Paytm, credit\/debit card bookings and usually take 22 working days.
